
Hosea Feed the Hungry Issues Emergency Plea
Food Pantry Inventory Critically Low
ATLANTA, Oct. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Faced with the possibility of suspending its Food Pantry operations, the Hosea Feed the Hungry (HFTH) organization is appealing to the public for donations of nonperishable food and other items including:
- Dry cereal
- Dry milk
- Flour
- Sugar
- Canned fruit
- Canned vegetables
- Canned meat
- Toiletries
- Infant formula
- Baby food and cereal
- Diapers
Contributions can be dropped off Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hosea Feed the Hungry Care Center located at 1035 Donnelly Avenue, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30310.
Religious, community, business, and social organizations can assist HFTH by hosting food drives. Forms and guidelines for hosting food drives can be obtained via www.hoseafeedthehungry.com.

With corporate and individual financial contributions down 35 percent and calls for help from the community up 45 percent, any contribution will help the thousands of those in need living in Metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties.
