Dolce is launching Monscierge's Content Management System (CMS) platform at The Alexander Hotel in Indianapolis in February of 2015. Monscierge Connect CMS is also the only content management system available in the industry that can control and manage several of these technology pieces from one centralized point.
"For all our guest-facing technology, we strive for powerful solutions that are easy to use. We believe we found this with Monscierge Connect system. The mobile application and SMS communication will enable us to respond faster to our in-stay guest requests. Moreover, by enabling check-out in the palm of their hand, we can create a seamless check-out experience for every traveler." – John Edwards, V.P. of IT, Dolce Hotels and Resorts.
