Hotel Technology IPTV Turnkey Provider, TiVUS announce Board of Directors

OMAHA, Neb., Sept. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TiVUS, Inc. (OTCPK: TIVU.PK) a provider of turnkey hotel technology IPTV solution platforms, today announced that Mr. Mark Brenner joined TiVUS' board. He acts in a capacity to assist the company in its growth, specifically assisting the CEO with business development plans, designing and implementing processes to support business growth, as well as, customer and market definition. Among his other duties, Mark assists in driving the Marketing Program (including identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation, etc.), developing a marketing strategy, and consults with proposal teams and client account managers. In general, Mark assists in developing an appropriate strategy and vision to help steer the company in its future.

Mark is also the President and CEO of Details Hospitality Alliance, a company he founded in 2001. DHA was the first major direct importer of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment, factory-direct from China, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and India to the hotel, timeshare, and resort industry. DHA works globally for clients including Marriott Corporation, Hilton Hotels Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Disney, Best Western and Wyndham, well as other major hotel firms and boutique hotels.

Prior to founding DHA, Mark created, owned and managed Decorator Depot / Details Home Furnishings, Inc., a chain of 9 decorative accessory and Furniture design showrooms throughout Florida. Additionally, he established, staffed, and maintained offices in China, Thailand, and the Philippines.

In 1988 Mark served as Managing Director of Tribay Footwear Ltd., the Far East business division of a leading Footwear manufacturer and wholesaler. He relocated to Hong Kong for 3 years, to expand and oversee the growth of business globally. He developed relationships with Asian factories, suppliers, local businesses, and government representatives to enhance and further corporate opportunities. He guided the company to integrate and develop Western Global business objectives within a Chinese culture, and directed the company's expansion into China. He created a culture of collaboration between all parties including factory personnel, visiting senior executives, and the company's diverse international staff, due to a unique understanding and experience level in the Far East.

Additionally, Mark is a seasoned multi-unit retail leader within both large-scale established corporations, as well as, start-up environments. Working at the Senior Executive levels at U.S. Shoe Corporation (NYSE) and Federated Department Stores, he has vast global experience, having lived and worked in Hong Kong/China and other locations throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East over the past three decades.

Mark is a Board Member of various very important public safety and student safety companies including A Safeway Home, LLC, and The S.T.A.R. Foundation.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Economics, and he, along with his wife and 3 children, live in Delray Beach, Florida. He enjoys swimming and working out, Golf, tennis, and travel. He is proud of his small-town roots in Green Bay, WI, and considers himself a true Cheesehead and avid Packer Fan.
