SAN FRANCISCO, March 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- As the 2012 wave season starts to wind down,®, a leading discount travel site, today released the second installment of their Cruise Savings Indicator, which features the top five cruise destinations where travelers can save the most. This guide aims to help cruisers score some of the best deals during wave season, which runs from December through March and is the most popular booking time of the year.  Cruise lines are all competing to fill cabins far ahead of embarkations later in the year, so finding the best bargains amongst the clutter can sometimes be tricky.

"We've found some incredible savings on sailings into destinations around the Americas and beyond, from the Caribbean to Hawaii, and we encourage travelers to consider booking now to save big on cruises throughout 2012."
