Househappy was founded by Kevin McCloskey, a licensed real estate broker in California, Oregon, and Washington, with over 25 years of industry experience. "I created Househappy and tailored the user experience based on years of feedback from buyers and sellers, as well as my experience as a broker," McCloskey said. "Existing real estate sites limit visual search, are crowded with too many charts and graphs, and seem to hinder communication rather than encourage it. We want to minimize the unnecessary visual noise to simplify property search."
