HPR and Exactpro Announce Independent Latency Benchmark Results for HYPRCUBE™

BOSTON, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HPR, the leader in high-performance capital markets infrastructure solutions and Exactpro, a leading independent financial technology testing specialist, announce the completion of latency testing and benchmarking of HYPRCUBE™, HPR's full hardware matching engine platform.

HYPRCUBE is a first-of-its-kind full hardware matching engine designed to modernize exchange infrastructure through performance, resiliency, and efficiency. It simplifies exchange architecture through a unified hardware design in which heterogeneous components work as an integrated system. The platform is engineered to deliver peak throughput in the tens of millions of messages per second alongside ultra-low, deterministic latency, configurable maximum order rates and extensive support for diverse order types and matching criteria.

Conducted by Exactpro, the independent testing measured, among other parameters, median order roundtrip latency close to five microseconds (see FIGURE 1) across a diverse range of order types, execution conditions, and order management operations (see FIGURE 2).

The tests were executed from a server cross-connected to the HYPRCUBE matching engine. The roundtrip latency was measured as the time difference between the request sent and the first corresponding response/update received. Timestamps were taken from network captures recorded on the test server's NIC (outside of the HYPRCUBE matching engine).

Combining this with a production-like load profile along with some functional testing scenarios enabled us to assess how the HYPRCUBE matching engine handles market activity under various demanding conditions."
