HRW, Inc. Community Manager, Vera Mason, Receives Community Management Certification

RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- HRW, Inc., an Associa Company, proudly announces Vera Mason, CMCA recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).  

The CMCA credential signifies community management professionals have passed the NBC-CAM's national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations.  Certified community management professionals must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.  

Vera Mason has over 20 years experience as a Regional Manager of all types of Multifamily Housing including Conventional Apartments, HUD, Tax Credit, and Rural Development. Ms. Mason also has a Masters Degree from North Carolina State University in Administration of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management.

Ms. Mason maintains the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association, Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders, and has a North Carolina Brokers License.  Ms. Mason is currently pursuing her Professional Certified Association Manager (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
