Hub International Insurance Services, Inc. Welcomes New Vice President and Privacy E&O Lead Arturo Perez-Reyes

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hub International Insurance Services, Inc. (Hub), a leading international insurance brokerage, announced today that Arturo Perez-Reyes has joined the organization as Vice President and Privacy and Errors & Omissions (E&O) lead in the San Francisco, California commercial division.  In addition to his production role and client executive roles, Perez-Reyes will serve as an E&O and Privacy specialist resource in the greater San Francisco market for Hub International.

Prior to joining Hub, Perez-Reyes was affiliated with the Barney and Barney, LLC Brokerage in Oakland, CA where he served as a client executive and broker specializing primarily in technology E&O risks.  Perez-Reyes began his insurance consulting career at Marsh, where he placed technology E&O, professional liability and privacy insurance for large and complex clients.  In the intervening years, Perez-Reyes has developed risk solutions in industries as diverse as healthcare organizations, travel-hospitality, telecom, gambling, pharmaceuticals, financial services and educational institutions the likes of Stanford University and UCSF.

In addition to his duties at Hub, Perez-Reyes is also a member of the professional faculty at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.  He has lectured for over twenty-five years on e-commerce, communication, insurance, sales and green business.  He has also taught at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and held academic-leadership roles and led taskforces on e-commerce, cloud storage and network security.
