Huddled Masses Taps Industry Veteran Mark Paci as New COO

NEW YORK, June 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Media buying and digital marketing strategy company Huddled Masses (http://www.huddledmasses.com/) has announced Mark Paci as its new Chief Operations Officer. With 15 years of experience in marketing management and content delivery, Paci is set to make immediate contributions to the company's mission.

Paci graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1993 with a degree in business administration and marketing. His professional career dates back to the "dot com" era. In 1999, he joined FastChannel Networks as Marketing Manager. FastChannel was an innovative platform for the creation and delivery of advertising content that allowed marketers and agencies to work together more efficiently. In 2001, Paci was promoted to Senior Product Manager; two years later, he was named Vice President of Operations.

Digital Generation, Inc. (DB) and FastChannel Networks merged their operations in 2006. Paci was then named VP of Service and Operations of the newly created company, DG FastChannel. He was promoted once more to Senior Vice President, Regional Operations in 2009. In total, more than a decade of Paci's career has been spent fulfilling the duties of a senior executive and empowering those around him to reach their potential.

Throughout his career, Paci has managed and motivated groups of 4 to 400 and budgets in the tens of millions of dollars. He's worked closely with everyone from the world's largest advertisers and agency holding companies to regional brands and boutique agencies. Paci has spearheaded successful product launches and driven efficiencies in operations that have enabled sustainable growth, even in times of retracting markets. This versatility is part of what made him an attractive choice for those in leadership at Huddled Masses.
