YONKERS, N.Y., Jan. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Hudson Valley Holding Corp. (NYSE: HVB), parent of Hudson Valley Bank, N.A., announced today it will release its earnings for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013 after market close on Monday, January 27, 2014. The Company also announced that management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to review results of its fourth quarter on Tuesday, January 28 at 10:00 AM ET.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Stephen R. Brown and Chief Financial Officer, Michael J. Indiveri will host the conference call.
