Hughey & Phillips Gains Exclusive License to Obstruction Lighting

Manufacturing team buys all rights to Urbana-based enterprise

URBANA, Ohio, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- A newly formed limited liability corporation, Hughey & Phillips, LLC, announced it has acquired an exclusive, perpetual license and all assets for the locally manufactured obstruction lighting products from Honeywell Aerospace. The asset purchase and licensing agreement allows Hughey & Phillips, LLC to continue the product line's reputation as a worldwide industry leader in the manufacture, sales and service of obstruction lighting. Terms of the agreement were not released.
