HULL Corporate Update

NEW YORK, Oct. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- HULL Energy, Inc. (OTC: HULL) announces corporate update for shareholders and investment community.

On September 30, 2013, the Board of Directors endorsed and completed the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State by changing the name of the company from HULL Energy, Inc. to Gemini Group Global Corp. (G3).  On October 22, 2013, this completed amendment was supplied to the company's transfer agent and FINRA in order to finalize the name and symbol changes.  The effective date of this action is tentatively scheduled for November 4, 2013.

Effective immediately, the company is pleased to announce the launch of http://www.geminigroupglobal.com as the official shareholder website along with http://www.twitter.com/geminigrp as their new Twitter account.  It is their intent to utilize this Twitter account as their real-time tool for issuing corporate updates to the public.
