PORTLAND, Maine, May 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Travel Management Company Hurley Travel Experts has won in the bid process to become the full-service travel management company for Tyler Technologies. Tyler Technologies, headquartered in Dallas, TX with offices around the US and Canada, is an information software solutions company for local governments.

Hurley Travel Experts is a Travel Management Company specializing in business travel, corporate incentive and group travel, and luxury vacation travel. It was founded by Pamela Hurley-Moser in 1993.

Tyler Technologies conducted a request-for-proposal process searching for a travel management company that offered great service, technology and cost savings while also doing the following:

Creating a policy that makes cultural sense and provides financial benefits while maintaining a high level of traveler satisfaction.
Demonstrating experience in change management and a high online adoption success rate.
Creating control and visibility into travel for all company stakeholders in order to achieve vendor leverage, safety and security, and travel policy compliance.
