A two-day multi-million dollar auction of an international tank fabrication and installation company will be conducted in Albuquerque, NM and live via webcast by a joint venture comprised of HYPERAMS and Cincinnati Industrial Auctioneers.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown-Minneapolis Tank (BMT) has been recognized as one of the largest steel plate fabricators of tanks and structures since it was founded in 1964. The company will be closing and selling off all of their machinery and equipment.
The live onsite and webcast auction will be conducted on June 24 & 25th starting at 9:00 AM MDT both days. Registration and bidding is now available at Bidspotter.com. Inspection for the sale will be on June 22 & 23 from 8:00-4:00 MDT. All assets are located at 8301 Broadway Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
The sale will include Webb, Berstch and Wysong plate bending rolls, Terex mobile cranes, Caterpillar mobile and trailer mount generators, Ingersoll-Rand air compressors, a Roundo angle roll, an Oostwooder tank jacking system, an ESAB CNC plasma shape cutting system, shears, a Mubea hydraulic ironworker, a massive selection of Lincoln and Miller welders, welding manipulators, and wire feeders, Ogden automatic girth welders, band saws, press brakes, beveling machines, apron brakes, drills, saws and sanders. The event will also include both stationary and mobile cranes, rough terrain and heavy duty lift trucks, as well as a large selection of mobile air compressors. Rolling stock will include a yard spotter tractor, loaders, backhoes, truck tractors, pickups, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, man lifts, flat bed and van trailers. There is a complete Hansen painting tent system, painting/blasting equipment and a Graco proportioner. Dozens of storage containers are also available, as well as portable office and security buildings. Support equipment of all types, along with over a quarter million pounds of plate and structural steel.
