BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- "I and love and you", a Boulder, CO-based natural pet care brand whose products are formulated by a holistic veterinarian, announced today that for every "lick" (aka 'like') it receives on Facebook in November, the Company will donate a meal to Colorado's MaxFund Adoption Center to support dogs and cats waiting for adoption.

"The holidays are quickly approaching and though there are many avenues for people to donate food to families in need, there are additional family members that are often forgotten—our pets," said Steve Ball, VP of Business Development for "I and love and you." "With our "5000 licks" campaign, we will donate a meal for every "lick" or "like" that we receive on Facebook during the month of November. Our goal is to donate up to 5,000 meals to the needy cats and dogs serviced by Colorado's MaxFund."

"I and love and you" donated 500 pounds of food to the MaxFund in August of 2012, and hopes that the additional meals from the "licks" campaign will assist the non-profit throughout the holiday season.
