BOSTON, March 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The international investigative and risk consulting firm i-fact@nalysis announced today the opening of the company's office in Seattle, Washington. This is the latest step in i-fact@nalysis, Inc.'s continuing expansion due to the increased demand for the company's global due diligence, investigative, digital forensic and consulting services in the Pacific Northwest and Asia. The Seattle office will also have staff located in Portland, Oregon and serve clients throughout the northwestern U.S. and British Columbia.
The opening of the Seattle office demonstrates i-fact@nalysis's commitment to this important market and gateway to Asia. The new office will strengthen the company's ability on the West Coast to provide clients with the advantages of a global platform complemented by a local market presence.
Kent Anderson, Managing Director, will manage the Seattle office. Prior to joining i-fact@nalysis, Anderson worked for several of the top five international risk consultancy companies as a SVP IT Security & Investigations, as a Director in the Dispute Analysis & Investigations Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and as the European Information Security Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation. Anderson has over 25 years of security, investigative and risk consultancy experience and has worked extensively in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Russia.
"The tremendous growth of business with Asia, particularly in China, combined with increased enforcement of international business regulations, has created demand for risk management companies with comprehensive global reach and investigative and risk management expertise," said Kent Anderson. i-fact@nalysis, Inc. is one of the few international providers legally registered and insured to operate in China; many of i-fact@nalysis, Inc.'s competitors work in China without being either properly registered and/or insured, placing their clients at risk. Philip Curlewis, i-fact@nalysis Inc.'s Managing Director for Asia Pacific, leads a team of professionals in China with over 60 years of collective experience, strong local knowledge and contacts.
"Combined with our Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Shanghai and other international offices in Europe, the Middle East and Russia, the Seattle office strengthens our ability to meet clients' international risk management needs and extends our presence throughout the United States," explained Scott Emery, Managing Director of i-fact@nalysis' Washington, D.C. office.
i-fact@nalysis is a professional services firm providing clients with an alternative to the spiraling cost of investigative, compliance, due diligence and litigation support including e-Discovery and digital forensic services. The company is headquartered in Boston with offices in Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, D.C., Berlin, Hong Kong, Mexico City, Moscow, Riyadh and Shanghai.
