James will retain the role of CFO. New officers and the remaining positions as well as the Board of Director will be elected in the days ahead. Dreamlife is currently working to bring its OTCMarket status to "current." It is expected to be current and reflected on OTCMarkets.com as listed "Pink Current" in the coming weeks. Dreamlife will be retaining new corporate counsel, as well as a new CPA Firm. Dreamlife has also filed for a new ticker symbol.
Simultaneously with the above happening, Dreamlife will be changing its core business from CBD oil to a proprietary technology that only Dreamlife holds. Dreamlife is a holographic media platform which provides a three-dimensional experience for the user without any visible projection screen or special 3D glasses. Dreamlife is working on a new brand name and website, streamlined with new CBD products and offerings soon to come.
