ICDS ARCH LTD Announces X House - The First Flat Packed Green Home
LONDON, November 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
ICDS ARCH has plans to build the first self-sustainable flat packed home which is greener than any other conventional home built in UK and it recycles itself through internal systems.
Subject to local planning permission, the firm is to build the house off-site and to be shipped in container anywhere in the world where the planning permission will allow. The house has built in earthquake proof system that can be sustained up to 9 degree on Richter scale.
Mr Andrei Toma, ICDS Arch's chairman, said today: "We have to think of new ways to build our houses and these have to become more convenient for our pockets as well as for the environment but also to keep up with the growing trends of the century. We worked on the prototype for the last 8 years and we envisage completing the work on the house starting by the end of this year, which will be good news for local firms and workers. It will be built in UK and shipped all over the world through containers."
ICDS Arch, which has its headquarters in London, was founded in 2011. The company has started a fundraising campaign on Indiegogo.com to look for investors http://igg.me/at/xhouse/x/4088923 .
