ICG to Announce Second Quarter Results Thursday, July 28th Before Market Opens

WAYNE, Pa., July 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ICG Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICGE) ("ICG") will release the financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2011 on Thursday, July 28, 2011 before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter results on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. ET.  Participating on the conference call will be Walter Buckley, ICG's chief executive officer, and Kirk Morgan, chief financial officer of the Company.  The domestic dial-in number for the call is 866-825-1709 and the international dial-in number is 617-213-8060.  The participant pass code for either dial-in is 86472186.
