Clients using both providers have candidates fill out necessary job application paperwork online, which is stored in iCIMS' Talent Platform. Then, the stored data is seamlessly transferred into Orange Tree Employee Screening's system and automatically populates the necessary fields in Orange Tree's solution, eliminating the need to manually enter data in a separate system. The process enables real-time updates, better data integrity, and secure data transfers, allowing HR professionals to receive accurate information on candidates.
