HILLSBOROUGH, Calif., June 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The iconic Bing Crosby Estate sale closed at $25,000,000 setting a price record for the highest sale in the past two years in Hillsborough, one of the San Francisco Bay Area's most affluent communities. The once-in-a-lifetime opportunity was listed with top agent Jenn Gilson of Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty.

The French-style Chateau was listed for the first time in six decades. Crosby reportedly paid $175,000 in the 1960s for the property, featuring a circa-1920s home boasting 11 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms.
