  • In this anniversary celebration event, Tanger Outlets honored its founder and his "Think BIG and Make It Happen" motto, during its company's 30th year anniversary celebration.  Tanger Outlets' "Pearl Anniversary Celebration" was both fashionable and record breaking with the creation of larger than life events which left a lasting impression for Tanger  shoppers, shareholders and partners.
  • For Tanger's Spring Fashion Week National Promotion,  Tanger Outlet's multi-channel branding campaign sought to elevate the Tanger brand within the style and fashion arena while seeeking consumer preference for Tanger apparel brands. This national roll out generated record breaking in store sales for core tenants and increased weekly traffic by as much as 48.8% in some markets.

ICSC announced the winners of the 2012 U.S. MAXI Awards during an awards ceremony during its first ever NOI+ Conference, September 5, 2012 at the Peabody Hotel in Orlando, Fla. The 2012 ICSC U.S. MAXI Awards were open to U.S. shopping centers and shopping center companies, as well as, specialty retailers, specialty leasing managers, marketing directors and/or general managers.  All award winning programs were implemented between November 1, 2010 and May 31, 2012.
