(TSX.V: IDW, OTC: IDWAF), provider of identity monitoring and preservation tools, today announced an agreement with BitDefender®, an award-winning provider of innovative internet security solutions. Together ID Watchdog and BitDefender will be developing a new service to provide consumers with additional ways to protect private data beyond just the PC.

By creating tools and services that will provide the first alerts to possible identity theft, ID Watchdog and BitDefender will empower consumers to play a more active role in defending their online identity.
