Ideagen enters agreement to acquire DevonWay to strengthen high-risk industry services portfolio

NOTTINGHAM, England, Sept. 28, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Ideagen have today announced their intention to strengthen the portfolio of solutions they offer to organizations in regulated and high compliance industries by entering into a definitive agreement to acquire DevonWay, a leading provider of compliance and operations management software to sectors such as energy and utilities, advanced manufacturing, nuclear power generation, and US national laboratories.
