With more than two decades of experience, Lauren brings a deep and multi-faceted perspective to wealth management, shaped by roles across public and private markets, direct investing, and manager selection. Most recently, she served as Chief Investment Officer of Mozaic, LLC, a $4 billion multi-family office, where she led a team overseeing client portfolios and investment research. Her approach is grounded in endowment-style asset allocation and integrates tax efficiency and generational planning considerations for families.

Prior to Mozaic, Ms. Garner held senior roles at Pritzker Group and Perella Weinberg Partners Agility, advising family office and endowment and foundation clients on asset allocation and investment selection. Earlier in her career, she worked at GoldenTree Asset Management and Tudor Investment Corporation, managing strategies across hedge funds, credit, and private capital, and at Morgan Stanley in investment banking. Her experience spans portfolio construction, investment diligence, and managing a wide range of family office needs, with a consistent focus on long-term risk-adjusted outcomes.
