A website, www.gwrshareholderslitigation.com, has been created to inform all common stockholders of Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. ("Great Wolf") from March 12, 2012 to May 4, 2012 about certain proceedings and the proposed settlement of the matter In re Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. Shareholders Litigation, Consolidated C.A. No. 7328-VCN, which is currently pending in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware (the "Court").
