About Chef Alfio Ghezzi
At the helm of the elegant, intimate, contemporary country restaurant, Locanda Margon, two-starred Michelin Chef Alfio Ghezzi focuses attention on Italianness and refinement leveraging his surroundings which are reflected in his gastronomic menu. His objective is to enhance the raw ingredients with a cuisine that is an ordered set of products, execution, objects and gestures --Ghezzi views raw ingredients as a non-mediated expression of the territory. He is dedicated to his Italian roots of his homeland (Trentino territory) with a focus on sourced ingredients from local producers.
