Imaflex Announces Exercise of Warrants for Proceeds of $ 621,763

MONTREAL, Feb. 2, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Imaflex Inc. (TSXV: IFX) ("Imaflex" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that warrants have been exercised for the purchase of 1,381,695 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.45 per share for proceeds of $621,762.75. These warrants were issued further to completion of the private placement offering for the purchase of units as previously announced by the Company in the press release dated February 1, 2012. Insiders of the Company exercised 1,315,895 warrants for proceeds of $592,152.75.
