ImageSoft Again Earns Top Awards from Hyland Software, Inc.; Southfield Company Ranks as Hyland's Number One Partner

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- For the sixth consecutive year, Hyland Software, Inc., one of the world's largest and fastest growing independent providers of enterprise content management (ECM)  software, has bestowed top honors on ImageSoft, Inc., for sales and service of its OnBase® ECM software suite.  ImageSoft earned Platinum level partner status for sales achievement and the Diamond Award for customer support.  

Platinum Partnership is awarded annually to companies based on software revenue generated during the previous year.  ImageSoft, of Southfield, has earned Platinum status since 2005, and in 2009 was Hyland's number one partner based on sales of new OnBase licenses.

Additionally, ImageSoft earned Diamond Support Award status, the highest level awarded Hyland partners, for its superior technical support to customers.  Criteria for the Diamond Award in Hyland Software's OnBase Authorized Solution Provider program include retention of more than 95 percent  of maintenance customers, providing direct support to more than 25 installed solutions, maintaining a minimum of three certified OnBase installers during the previous year, and significant participation in TechQuest, the OnBase developer conference and the Team OnBase Conference.
