Morris, whose focus will be on bringing greater corporate governance and compliance to the company, joins Larry Robertson and Richard Wilson on the board.

Morris earned his doctorate from Rutgers University in Engineering, specializing in materials science. After spending 21 productive years at General Electric, Lucent Technologies and AT&T Bell Laboratories, Morris moved onto consulting, taking on the role of Chief Technology Consultant at Luminix Lighting/Direct LED.
