NEW YORK and HERZLIYA PITUACH, Israel, Nov. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNP; "Immune" or "the Company"), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company that engages in the development and commercialization of targeted therapeutics for the treatment of inflammatory diseases and cancer, today announced that it is proposing to offer shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten, registered public offering. The Company expects to grant the underwriter of the offering an option to purchase additional shares of common stock and warrants to cover over-allotments, if any.
