Imogo Announces Strategic Alliance with Newgen Software Technologies

SEATTLE, July 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: IMTC) today announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with software service provider Newgen Software Technologies Limited under which Newgen will develop mobile applications software for Imogo for a variety of specialty markets including utilities, oil and gas, infrastructure and green initiatives.  

Newgen, a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) software solutions, is headquartered in New Delhi, India with additional offices in India, London, Dubai and McLean, VA.
