Georgia HB 428 codifies that nothing in Georgia law prohibits or prevents individuals from obtaining IVF

Signed into law today by Governor Brian Kemp, this bill marks a significant victory for IVF protections for Georgia residents.

It also aims to repeal any conflicting laws, thereby simplifying Georgia's legal landscape surrounding fertility treatments.
