This event will feature discussions of ethics in bankruptcy practice, the new federal rules, real property issues, post-confirmation strategies, and numerous discussions of best practices. Attendees at this event will be updated on case law and gain insights from Eastern and Western District judges.
"Michigan has jumped from the number nine position at the end of 2011, to the state with the sixth most bankruptcy filings during the first quarter of 2012," said Beth Mason, InCharge's Director of Outreach Programs for Bankruptcy Services. "Many Midwest states, including Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio have been hard-hit financially, and the location of this ICLE event is timely because it gives those of us who can help a chance to reach out."
