IndiaMART ACMEE 2010 Echoes 'Opportunity for Growth' for SMEs

Synergising several trade opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the industrial sector, IndiaMART.com (http://www.indiamart.com) supported ACMEE 2010 (Auto Components and Machine Tools Engineering Exhibition) ended on a high note on its fifth day on June 21, 2010. The grand event, organized by AIEMA (Ambattur Industrial Estate Manufacturers' Association) and AIEMA Technology Centre in Chennai Trade Centre, witnessed a huge conglomeration of 425 exhibitors including 70 foreign companies. Various industry stalwarts also entrusted their faith in the trade assemblage with their benign presence. These included Mr. Brijesh Agrawal, COO, IndiaMART.com who was the Guest of Honor, Mr. Michael Boneham, President and Managing Director, Ford India Pvt Ltd, Mr. Bryan Dalton, Acting Consul General of the US, among others. After tremendous response received this year, ACMEE aims to set the pace once again in 2012 at the Chennai Trade Centre between June 14-19.

The theme for this year's ACMEE was 'Opportunity for Growth'. And, rightly justifying it, the event provided detailed information and vast knowledge on latest technological innovations, product developments, various companies in the sector, et al to around 26,000 business delegates out of the total 42,000 visitors. This was IndiaMART.com's second year of association with ACMEE, which had started in 2008.
