Indictments And Charges Dropped Against Lake Huron Chartering Executives
HOUSTON, Dec. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Lake Huron Chartering today announced that criminal charges filed in Houston, Texas against three of its executives have been granted dismissal. As of June 10, 2013, indictments and charges against Alireza Etessami, Gustavo Gimeno and Denny Martinez have been dropped.
The case dismissal numbers are listed here:
Gustavo Gimeno- Affidavit Cause Number H-10-CR-00787-003;
Alireza Etessami- Affidavit Cause Number H-10-CR-00787-002;
Denny Martinez- Affidavit Cause Number H-10-CR-00787-005
