IndieGoGo Campaign Celebrates Women in Business with Original Art Sculpture, Designed by Artist Gail Ahlers

PAWTUCKET, R.I., March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Announcing the New IndieGoGo Campaign "Celebrating Women in Business", started by Gail Ahlers, Artist & CEO of Ahlers Designs, to obtain funding for the creation of an original art sculpture to be presented in appreciation, recognition and celebration to the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).  For nearly two decades, WBENC has provided an invaluable network for women entrepreneurs, creating a forum for development, opportunity, and advocacy in business. This major enterprise comes forth as an open "Thank you" to the WBENC Organization, unifying and inspiring women entrepreneurs to push for success and win.

The unveiling of this showpiece sculpture is scheduled to take place on June 25th, in Minneapolis, MN, during their annual national conference.

The proposed sculpture will be a 34" x 28" mixed media wall hanging made of reclaimed and recycled materials. The design will feature three distinct elements: The WBENC "Face of Everywoman", the Nations Capitol building, and cherry trees in full blossom.

In return for your donation, the campaign offers incentives for levels of giving. There are multiple levels - from $25.00 to $1000.00. Costs cover design and creation of art piece, as well as shipping the piece to it's unveiling in Minneapolis, MN.
