Industry Veteran Dan Rabinovitsj Joins Ruckus Wireless as Chief Operating Officer

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ruckus Wireless, Inc. (NYSE: RKUS) announced today a key addition to its management leadership, naming Mr. Daniel Rabinovitsj (Rah-BIN'-a-vitz) as its Chief Operating Officer.

In his new role, Dan will direct Ruckus's continuing efforts to expand its leadership position within the global service provider and enterprise mobile Internet infrastructure market. Reporting to Selina Lo, president and chief executive officer of Ruckus Wireless, Rabinovitsj will be responsible for managing all aspects of product operations including strategy, planning, product management, engineering, and manufacturing.

Rabinovitsj brings 25 years of experience in the communications and networking industry to Ruckus, leading business and engineering teams across the globe.  Rabinovitsj joins Ruckus from Qualcomm Atheros, Inc., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated, where he most recently held the position of senior vice president of the company's infrastructure business, with a focus on networking and small cells.
