Industry Veteran Peter L. Ruggiero Joins NAI Global to Lead Global Capital Markets Business

According to NAI Global President & CEO Jeffrey M. Finn, Ruggiero's mandate is to aggressively expand and manage capital markets activity across NAI Global's worldwide platform, and provide NAI clients with comprehensive solutions, from acquisition/disposition to debt and equity financing and asset management.

Ruggiero most recently worked at Cassidy Turley New York and its predecessor, Colliers International, where he created and managed their capital markets platform for more than five years. Ruggiero previously served for more than 20 years at Prudential, where he led the disposition strategy and managed the national sales platform at Prudential Real Estate Investors. In that role Ruggiero managed the sale of over $7 billion in commercial real estate assets and implemented a standardized sales program that coordinated the activities of the PREI asset managers, property managers, portfolio managers, accountants, brokers and outside counsel to ensure a smooth and effective sales process.

Ruggiero will be based in NAI Global's Princeton, New Jersey, headquarters.
