LONG ISLAND, N.Y., July 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Last week IneedMD Inc.'s CEO Dr. Govindan Gopinathan MD and CTO Robert Riola met with Congressman Steve Israel, Representative of New York's 3rd District. A growing employer in the region, IneedMD will be launching the distribution of its game changing EKG technology, the EKG Glove, from its Long Island location. The EKG Glove, a one-time use, disposable product, eliminates the risk of hospital acquired infections, a major problem now in ICUs Critical Care Unites and post-op recovery rooms.  The time taken to do a full 12 lead EKG is much less compared with conventional EKG machines, this allows more patients to be examined and improves the patient's EKG Experience. Insert right hand into the glove with thumb through the hole as clearly marked between electrodes V1 and V2, by a vertical arrow. 3. Position glove under left nipple of the patient with the thumb aligned with the sternum as indicated on the glove and firmly press glove down onto the patient's chest. 4. Peel back each of the extendable electrodes, peel off each protective electrode liner and position on the patient as illustrated on the glove and packaging. Firmly press down on the center of each of the 10 electrodes to ensure proper contact with the skin. 5. Connect the 10 pin connector of the cable assembly/adaptor to the glove and the other end should be connected to either our small rounded, light weight transmission box (IQ box) or if one wishes, to a compatible commercial EKG machine.
