Infiniti Reports December U.S. Sales

Infiniti today reported U.S. sales of 13,232 units, an increase of 4.8 percent versus 12,627 units a year earlier. This was the best December in the luxury automaker's history.

The all-new Infiniti Q50 luxury sports sedan saw deliveries of 4,568 units in December. Overall sales of Infiniti sports sedans, which include the Infiniti G37, rose more than 13.4 percent for the month.

The Infiniti QX60 7-passenger luxury crossover also had its best December ever with sales of 3,744 units, an increase of 38.3 percent.

At the North American International Auto Show in Detroit on January 14, Infiniti will debut the Q50 Eau Rouge Concept, a high-performance sports sedan featuring aerodynamic design inspiration from the technical collaboration between Infiniti and four-time Formula One World Champions Infiniti Red Bull Racing.
