Infinity Lifestyle Brands Announces Formation of New Acquisition and Management Company

NEW YORK, May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Infinity Lifestyle Brands LLC and Bradley W. Snyder Enterprises LLC jointly announced today the formation of Infinity FS Brands LLC, a partnership between Infinity Lifestyles Brands LLC and Bradley W. Snyder Enterprises LLC.

Infinity FS Brands will begin operations as a consumer brand acquisition and management company in NYC, focused on identifying/acquiring investment opportunities in undervalued, consumer product brands, iconic retail labels, and companies offering significant growth and re-positioning potential.

By leveraging the experience and knowledge of the two Managing Partners, Ike S. Franco, Co-Chairman and Principal of the Infinity Group, and Bradley W. Snyder, formerly of Gordon Brothers Group, Infinity FS Brands is uniquely positioned to maximize opportunities in consumer brands, sourcing, marketing, retailing, and corporate restructuring, nationally and internationally.
