SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Infoblox Inc., the network control company that provides Actionable Network Intelligence, today announced it is collaborating with The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Automated Indicator Sharing (AIS) program to share feeds on indicators of compromise (IP Addresses and hostnames). Infoblox ActiveTrust® suite provides real-time automated sharing of threat intelligence to deliver stronger and more effective protection against cyberattacks. The partnership of the public and private sector allows organizations to benefit from shared threat intelligence which can be used to expedite threat remediation.

The DHS AIS program enables the exchange of cyberthreat indicators between the federal government and the private sector. AIS is a part of the Department of Homeland Security's effort to create an ecosystem in which threat information can be disseminated in real time; as soon as a company or federal agency observes an attempted compromise, the indicator is shared with AIS program partners, including Infoblox. In addition to integrating with the DHS Automated Indicator Sharing program, Infoblox will contribute data from its own original threat research to DHS's National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) that allows bidirectional sharing of cyber threat indicators.
