Infor Helps TAL Apparel Limited Speed up Migration to Cloud

NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Infor, a leading provider of beautiful business applications and built for the cloud, today announced that TAL Apparel Limited, a provider of innovative products and services across different stages of the fashion supply chain, has finished the first phase of migrating its legacy ERP to Infor Cloudsuite™ Fashion to achieve significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies.

TAL began migrating its ERP system from Infor M3 to Infor CloudSuite in April 2016. The Infor and TAL team worked together on an approach to migrate all 1,500 users in six countries over to the new system within a three-day downtime window to minimize business disruption. They achieved a 50% reduction in heavy batch jobs, such as MRP and monthly end closing jobs.
