Information Architects Corporation Appoints Peter M. Burgess as Director and CEO

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Architects Corporation (OTC:QB:IACH)  Following on the completion of the acquisition of Pan American Fund, LLC the Board of Directors has appointed Peter M. Burgess as Director and CEO of Information Architects Corporation.  Mr. Burgess brings over 30 years of experience and skills in all aspects of real estate investment, development, construction, sales and marketing, property management and commercial mortgages.  In addition, Mr. Burgess is extremely well versed in accounting and transaction structuring and has been involved in closing over $100,000,000 of construction loans.

Mr. Burgess serves as Chairman/EVP/COO/Fund Manager of Wellesley Asset Secured Portfolio, Inc., a real estate investment fund formed to acquire distressed bank notes and mortgages. The fund specializes in restructuring the notes and selling them into the secondary market realizing an immediate arbitrage. Mr. Burgess is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the fund and under his leadership the fund has had an uninterrupted history of consistent payments to participants. The Pan American Fund, LLC was acquired by IACH from Wellesley Asset Secured Portfolio, Inc.
