Information Architects Corporation Completes Acquisition of the Pan American Fund, LLC.
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Architects Corporation (OTCQB: IACH) announces that it has completed the acquisition of the Pan American Fund, LLC. from Wellesley Asset Secured Portfolio Inc. With this acquisition Information Architects acquires an estimated $3,000,000 of assets consisting of development properties, commercial properties and mortgages of all types across the US.
The Pan American Fund, LLC., started in 2005, is an equity lender with an emphasis on buying discounted and distressed bank-owned, notes and mortgages. The fund has an excellent track record, having an uninterrupted history of consistent payments to participants. The fund's senior level management is experienced in the fields of property management, REO liquidation, receiverships and custodianships for third parties. Management will be staying with the company post acquisition.
