Information Control Company (ICC) Reaches Asset Purchase Agreement With Balanced Insight

COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Information Control Company LLC (ICC), a leading enterprise consulting company, announced today that it has signed an asset purchase agreement with Balanced Insight Inc., a provider of Agile Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.  Balanced Insight was previously a division of Cordata Healthcare Innovations, LLC.

The agreement will allow ICC to fully leverage the capabilities of Balanced Insight's proprietary, cloud-based, agile BI solution, Consensus. The two companies have worked together over the last five years solving complex business issues for enterprise clients who require broad support for data-related strategies.

Balanced Insight's Consensus is a business-driven platform that is optimized for the Agile BI development methodology with "out-of–box" support for all major business intelligence and database platforms.  By streamlining development, and boosting business-IT engagement, Consensus makes it possible to deliver working solutions in weeks, not years.  ICC intends to further develop the Consensus product adding more capabilities and features to allow for it to play a more robust role in Cloud BI.
