InfoSpi Signs Letter of Intent with Tire to Oil Operator

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InfoSpi (OTC Bulletin Board: ISPI) has signed a letter of intent with Little Lighthouse, LLC for exclusive rights to operate Tire to Oil 'T2O' facilities in Duval, St. Johns, Volusia, Brevard, Seminole, Orange, and Osceola Florida.

"We have been looking to enter the recycling industry for some time and this seems to address many issues which we feel are important to both our business and the environment," says Don Bullock, Manager of Little Lighthouse. InfoSpi 'T2O' plans to open its pilot plant at Pompano Beach early 2011 which will serve as demonstration facilities to both permitting agencies and prospective operators from around the country. Haim Mayan, COO, stated that the company will be working as hard as it can to obtain permits in a shorter time to enable the facility to open ahead of program.
