DALLAS, Nov. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- InfraREIT, Inc. (InfraREIT), today announced it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on form S-11 to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. InfraREIT is a real estate investment trust that owns rate-regulated electric transmission and distribution assets in the state of Texas. InfraREIT is externally managed by Hunt Utility Services, LLC, an affiliate of Hunt Consolidated, Inc. (a diversified holding company based in Dallas, Texas and managed by the Ray L. Hunt family).
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The proposed offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.
