A breakthrough 'Post OCR correction' feature of Infrrd OCR not only reduces errors post data extraction, but also makes it easier for users to pull up records of the corrections made.
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading Enterprise AI & computer vision solutions provider -Infrrd Inc has added another specialty to its machine learning OCR tool- a correction module dashboard. With this interactive & user-friendly dashboard, the company aims to make it simpler for users to correct the extracted results. The product team at Infrrd expects to launch this module by the second week of November.
At present, there are barely any tools in the market that give access to such comprehensive OCR dashboards. "As our customers continue their journey to a 100% accuracy, this new feature will allow them to go through the scanned documents and manually alter the incorrect data for automated learning and retraining of the system for increased accuracy," said Nishit Kannan, Engineering Manager.
The focus for the correction module design has been to provide an extremely fast way for the business users to review extraction results. Additionally, the end-users can also retrieve reports pertaining to the number of results corrected, total documents to be checked and the number of new documents which they've to inspect for errors. Another element of this dashboard allows the admin to allocate tasks of inspection to fellow team members for increased workflow efficiency.
